"Absolutely Horrible Experience — Worst Place to Visit This place is a complete disaster. The receptionist and their staffs behave more like local goons than professionals. Zero manners, zero respect, and absolutely no sense of how to treat customers. The food was disgusting — soggy, tasteless, and clearly prepared without care. My colleagues and I decided to walk out rather than waste our time and money there. That’s when things got even worse — the staff started using filthy language and acting in a threatening way. Totally unacceptable and disgraceful. This is not a place to celebrate or even step into. They seriously need lessons in basic courtesy, hospitality, and decency. If you don’t want to ruin your day or end up in an ugly scene, "Avoid this place at all cost", It’s not safe, not worth the money, and definitely not worth your peace of mind."

"It's nearest to my office so I liked it. Food is good but waiting for food takes quite a long time besides that everything is cool. If they run some cool English songs then it would be perfect.They Started charging 100 rs. per person as entry charges. Not a big deal. In evening sometimes you have to wait to get a table. To order something you have to ask waiter many times to get your order on the table. I mean it's a good place but it's too good that it becomes frustrated for customers."

"We came Urban Kasba to celebrate a tiny farewell. It was Friday and it was already crowded. Thankfully, we got a seat. You get the plastic chairs and a decent table. They don’t even have salt and pepper shakers on every table. (Had to share the shaker with others 😬) The food was okay, the only dish that we all loved and agreed to be best was the noddles (veg). IMO, if you are in hurry and made a sudden plan of get together and share a glass of whiskey with your friends or colleagues then only you can consider this place. I’m not saying it’s bad but you can get better option than this in Noida."

"I would never suggest anyone to visit this Bar. The staff is arrogant and they misbehaved before we could enter the Bar. The Reception person was not present on the desk and when we entered inside to enquire he started using abusive language and asked us to leave. They are not worth any party or any celebration. If you are planning any celebration please do not visit Urban Kasba. We had a really bad experience as a (Corporate Guest). These guys are not owning a business rather a Gundagardi and unprofessional center. Also, just to be sure you people' can see all the negative reviews before entering this place whosoever has given the negative reviews about this place or about their staffs, these guys have criticized by stating that the customer was rude with their staff. The problem with this place is they won't accept their mistake at any cost ever. No matter how lengthy your review will be they would reply to your review pointing you wrong not themselves. I would have given the review 0 however this option is not available. I would request you all not to visit this place at all if you don't want to spoil your evening."
